The Site and all CyberPrime services are intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware of inadvertently collected minor information, we will delete it promptly.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

CyberPrime is based in Canada and primarily processes data within Canada. Some service providers may process data in other jurisdictions, including the United States. When transferred outside Canada, we ensure comparable protection through contractual safeguards.

11. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to cyberprime.io and our owned digital properties. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date and notify enrolled students by email.
