1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the CyberPrime website (cyberprime.io) and any associated subdomains, pages, tools, or digital content (collectively, the "Site"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.
If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to "you" include that organization.

3. USE OF THE SITE
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may browse publicly available content, submit inquiries through our contact forms, and access resources made available to registered users in accordance with any separate enrollment or service agreement.

3.3 Age Requirement
The Site and all CyberPrime services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement. CyberPrime does not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, course descriptions, and software — is the exclusive property of CyberPrime Training Inc. or its licensors and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Download, copy, or reproduce Site content for redistribution or commercial use
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Site content
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any Site content
- Frame or mirror any part of the Site on another website without written consent
5. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
If you submit content to the Site (e.g., through contact forms, comment sections, or community features), you grant CyberPrime a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Site and our services.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit: (a) is your own original work or that you have the right to submit it; (b) does not violate any third-party rights; and (c) complies with these Terms. CyberPrime reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (such as payment processors, social media platforms, and course delivery platforms). These links are provided for convenience only. CyberPrime does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service.
Your interactions with any third-party site or service are governed by that party's own terms and policies. We encourage you to review them before engaging.
7. DISCLAIMERS

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CYBERPRIME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (a) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (b) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (c) THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Information published on the Site, including program descriptions, pricing, and schedules, is subject to change without notice. CyberPrime makes reasonable efforts to keep Site content current but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, CyberPrime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall CyberPrime's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site exceed CAD $100. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law and regardless of the form of action.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved first through good-faith written negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Gatineau, Quebec, under the Arbitration Act of Quebec, conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable enrollment or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberPrime regarding your use of the Site.
13.3 Waiver. CyberPrime's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
13.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. CyberPrime may assign these Terms freely.
