Your data at CyberPrime

Cyberprime Labs Inc. (“CyberPrime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the CyberPrime SOC analyst training program and the website cyberprime.io (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using our Site, applying to or enrolling in CyberPrime, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Section 1

Information we collect

  • Contact & application information: name, email address, phone number, and any background information you provide when you apply, book a discovery call, or fill out a contact form.
  • Account & portal information: login credentials, enrollment status, cohort assignment, progress through course phases, and other data generated by your use of the student portal.
  • Payment information: billing name and payment details processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers ourselves.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, through the Site contact form, or through the NAYA AI tutor inside the student portal.
  • Session & meeting data: when you join live sessions, office hours, or discovery calls, our video provider (Zoom) and scheduling provider (Calendly) collect information such as your name, email, and attendance/connection data.
  • Usage data: information automatically collected when you visit our Site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, which may be collected through cookies or similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • Process applications and manage enrollment, payments, and refunds
  • Provide access to the student portal, course materials, and live sessions
  • Communicate with you about your application, cohort, payments, and program updates
  • Provide and improve the NAYA AI tutor and other program features
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of our Site and systems
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers: who help us operate CyberPrime, including our payment processor (Stripe), video conferencing provider (Zoom), scheduling provider (Calendly), and other technology vendors who process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it.
  • Legal & safety purposes: where required to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Cyberprime Labs Inc., our students, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

International data transfers

Cyberprime Labs Inc. is incorporated in Canada, and our systems and service providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. If you are located outside of Canada — including in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area — your information may be transferred to and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

Student records related to enrollment, payment, and certification may be retained for an extended period to support transcript and verification requests.

  • Canadian residents: Cyberprime Labs Inc. handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
  • EU / UK / EEA residents: where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar law applies to your information, you have the rights described above, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  • All users: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us how it's used, by contacting us at the email below.

We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

CyberPrime is designed for working professionals and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. We'll communicate material changes to enrolled students by email.
