Tuition & payment
Total tuition for CyberPrime is $2,500 USD per cohort. A $500 USD deposit is required to reserve your seat — it counts toward your total tuition and is not an additional fee. The remaining $2,000 USDbalance is paid in two $1,000 USD installments, due 2 weeks and 4 weeks after your cohort begins. You may also choose to pay the full $2,500 USD upfront at checkout.
Refund eligibility
Your eligibility depends on a single, clear window — 14 days after your cohort starts.
Full refund
Cancel any time up to 14 days after your cohort's start date and you'll receive a full refund of all amounts paid — including your deposit and any tuition paid.
No refund
Once that 14-day-after-start window closes, amounts already paid are non-refundable.
Missed installments
If a scheduled installment is not paid by its due date, access to the student portal and live sessions is suspended immediately, with no grace period. Access resumes as soon as the payment is made. This is separate from the refund window above.
How to request a refund
To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, email info@cyberprime.io with your full name and cohort. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you enroll governs your cohort.
